Several membership options are available to ECSIS.NET, LLC. members. All of ECSIS.NET, LLC.'s services are availbale on each plan.  Each is tailored to the usage of different people.  ECSIS.NET, LLC. does not employ "prime-time", "off-time" or other gimmicks or "catches" to use of the service.

The Netuser Account plan is for members who will be using ECSIS.NET, LLC. to connect to the Internet, utilize E-Mail or network news a lot or "surf" the WEB for research, study, or just plain fun.  There is a flat monthly fee, NO hourly rate, and no network surcharges for using the Internet.

Un-metered access is access that is available without hourly fees.
Accounts with a credit balance will not receive a statement.

All hourly fees accrue in one-minute increments, with a three-minute minimum connect charge.

Payment for services is due in advance by the first day of each month for which service is available/utilized. Accounts not paid by the tenth may be charged an administrative late fee and be locked without further notice.
