For those of you who are looking for that small, well engineered, efficient, browser for Win 3.x.....This is it. Give it a shot....you'll kick yourself if you don't.

PowWow is an unique Internet program for Windows that allows up to nine (9) people to chat, transfer files, and cruise the World-Wide Web together as a group. PowWow also has Conferencing and Text-to-Speech features. NEW! PowWow now has Email Answering Machine capabilities and lots more! PowWow currently works with Windows 3.x, Windows 95, and Windows NT 3.51+
This has certain things in it to help warn Kids if they are entering areas where they probably have no business going. Kids PowWow is designed for children 13 and under.To use the Kids Powwow, the child must have their own email address. They may use their parent's email address providing the address has not already been been used by the parent for the adult Powwow registration. Your Internet Service Provider should be able to provide an email address for your child at no additional charge.
To obtain a Password to use Kids PowWow, click here, and simply request a password in the body of your message (your browser's email return address must match your child's proposed Powwow Login ID). Or Email "Kids_account@tribal.com". The email return address must match the child's email address.
This is the newest version of Internet Explorer from Microsoft for Windows 3.1. This is also the full install version. (with some of the most popular add-ons and the Security Patches included)
This is the same as program as listed above it is just the minimum install version. (without the extras, but it still has the Security Patches)
They just keep getting bigger and hopefully better. Probably by next year Operating Systems will be considered add-ons for our browsers. Anyway this is the latest from Netscape as of (5-25-97)
Netscape for Windows 3.1 (16bit). I think it is Version 3.0 gold. They are turning them out so fast I can't keep up with the names any more. So I am putting the File name with them from now on. I hope it will help you identify them.

This is the latest release(as the date above) of, IMHO, the best IRC Chat client on the web. If you want to do chat you have to give yourself a break and try this one.
dat files beginning with "dat-3xxx.zip" should ONLY be used with version 3 of the virus scan program. The dat-files can be distingushed by size also. Version 2 dat-files are typically around 375k and version 3 are around 1MB.
