This version works with Internet Explorer 4.0 RegClean is an application that will examine your "Registry" and remove invalid entries. I've tried it and it is self-installing, and easy to run. If you're like me and try-out lots of software you may want to try this one. When you install software on your system one its processes is to make entries in your Registry. The problem comes when you remove these programs. Lots of them leave their entries in the Registry all-set-up-and-nowhere-to-go. This is what RegClean is for. It examines everything in your Registry and removes things that are no longer valid instructions to valid programs.
This is the Final release of WinZip 95 Version 6.3. After being in Beta all summer it has now made it to its completed status. (time to start beta for "Memphis" now)
This adds an Icon to your task-bar that allows you to pull up menu of everything on your desktop. If you've tried it before and gave it up,you might want to give it another try. This version is vastly improved over the last. It includes a caching ability that really speeds it up greatly.

GetRight allows graceful recovery and resuming of your download if you are disconnected in the middle of saving a file from the web to your PC's hard drive. (For example: if you have downloaded 95% of that 10 megabyte file you just have to have and get disconnected, GetRight finishes getting the last 5% without restarting from the beginning!) GetRight will resume connections even if your computer was turned off while downloading, the modem was disconnected from the wall while downloading, a telephone extension was picked up while downloading, or any other reason you get disconnected from the Internet while you were downloading. Click here for more information and to get GetRight.

SHCopy Star.... This is the best utillity I have ever had for working with floppies. You can format HD diskettes reliably to 1701K, maybe more, I haven't used the top setting so I won't swear to it. The doc's say it will run under 3.x, but I never was able to get it to(didn't try THAT hard ;). It will Expand a floppy a great deal though. My only other advice on it would be to run scandisk all on the diskettes BEFORE formatting, it doesn't do a good job of finding bad sectors.

Waste95 is a program that will tell you how much disk space is wasted in slack. Comes in handy with a big HD. Shows that you can actually store more on 4-400 MB virtual drives as compared to 1-1.6GB drive. The reason is 1.6G requires 32K for ANY file(even 0 byte files) whereas 400MB only requires 8k for the same thing. This is the Advantage of partitioning a large Drive into 2 or more smaller drives in the same disk. Looking @ my 812MB drive I see I have lost 25% of the available space to this.
