In my opinion this is one of the most straight forward, simplist to use, and most compact HTLM Editors out there. It has the "Wizards" in it but they aren't so complicated as to cause you to have to spend hours trying to learn how to make them work for you. Aside from that the Toolbar is clean, simple, and unobtrusive.
A great 32-bit HTML editor and workshop -- you can import fully formatted text, tables and outlines, import them into Arachnophilia and watch as they are converted into HTML code, complete with colors, fonts and styles.. Also supported: CGI, Frames, Java, Javascript and C++ development. And new in this version -- Arachnophilia has an FTP client built-in, to automatically update you Web site!
A very nice and easy to use HTML validator. You can drag and drop your html documents on this and it returns you a very thorough list of the errors in the HTML in plain english, even tells you exactly which tags conspire to make the error! (as in when you have overlapping tags, it will tell you exactly which ones, and so forth) (Good for trial of 150 uses)
