These are my first experience with creating heads for The Sims game. They aren't very imaginative, but didn't turn out TOO badly I don't think! With the exception of some meshes by Well Dressed Sim, all heads use files already in your game, and most likely so will all of the heads I create. If you don't find one you like, check back sometime because I'll be making more. All heads created using Maxis faces with a snip from this one or that plus my own alterations. No face uses any snippets from faces created by other persons.

This lingere' will work only in Hot Date! In case you may not remember where it goes, instructions for installing are in the zip...its NOT complicated, I promise! For them to work properly do not install them into the normal skins folder! They go in:

C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\ExpansionPack3\SkinsBuy

I only made the female FIT size..zip contains all 3 skin tones. Head chopped off because its not a head by Maxis or by me. :) The outfit is an original by Maxis...I just wanted a black one and wanted to share it with whoever wants it.

To be on the safe side, whenever you download any clothing that is specifically for Hot Date as far as pajamas, swimsuits and formals, download into a separate folder than where you download your other skin zips. That way you won't accidentally install them into the wrong folder!

There is a way that you can add more Pajamas, swimsuits and formals to the downtown store selections. You can also use the same method to replace Maxis' defaults that your Sims are running around in. Here is a TEXT file that you can read and save to your hard drive if you want to have a copy on your computer for reference when/if you decide to give it a try. :)

Should you wish to change just the default Hot Date clothing, go into C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\ExpansionPack3\SkinsBuy and replace the "Original" files with those of your choosing. Just be SURE to select similar items to those you are replacing and name them as they are named in the folder. Be SURE you select the correct body color and size to replace the files with. Before replacing anything, back up the current files!!!!

*TIP* NEVER delete anything from the C:\Program Files\Maxis\The Sims\ExpansionPack3\SkinsBuy folder regardless of whether you intend on using it or not. It will CRASH your game...I found that out in a big hurry! lol Also once you put clothing in there and a Sim is wearing it, NEVER delete or rename that item because your Sim will NOT go back to the default item! Trust me...I tried that too!

More and more skinners are adding Hot Date clothing for use in the downtown stores, so check with your favorite clothing spots for more to add to your selections.

You can also change the appearance of your downtown "Townies" as far as skin color, what they are wearing and their heads using Maxis' Sim Character Makeover. The "Townies" will be towards the end of your "Characters" list in each neighbourhood.
